Wildfire Festival refunds are ONLY issued if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or there is a fundamental change to the headline acts. For cancellations, you receive a full refund for the ticket price, though fees may not be refundable. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will usually be valid for the new date, but if you can't make it, you can request a full refund.
